Olivier has created and developed 3 companies (a software
publisher, an American start-up in southern Europe, and an executive search
agency) ; He has participated in business development
in France and Europe, created sales offices in Germany and in the Netherlands
and been head of an EMEA structure.
COMPANIES AND HELD POSITIONS
He started his career by creating Hardware Engineering,
a software publisher and IT solutions integrator. He joined the software publisher
Evolution France, a subsidiary of IBM France, then he worked successively
for 3 North American Networking/Telecom manufacturers as Key Account Manager at General
DataComm, BU Director for Telco/Carriers at Nortel, Director of southern
Europe at Quick Eagle Networks which he followed up by taking on the
position as Vice-President Europe within the same company: his last held
position. Olivier is a graduate
IT engineer/MSC from ESIEA and has an Executive MBA from HEC /
CPA.
Philippe Mondo – President
Career
30 years of professional experience in blue chip companies within the IT sector ;
10 years in hardware and 20 years in software & associated services business ;
15 years of international experience, 4 years of residence in the UK, 1 year in the US ;
10 years in operational Marketing positions, 12 years in Sales Management ;
18 years in Executive management positions (member of the Executive Committee and/or Board of Managers).
SPECIFIC KNOW-HOW
Management of multidisciplinary teams (finance, sales, marketing, R&D, PS) of more than 400 employees ;
Creation of subsidiaries in Europe including the recruitment of 500 employees (France and International).
COMPANIES AND HELD POSITIONS
Philippe started his career at CIT Alcatel as
head of marketing in the Laser printing division; he then joined Rank
Xerox France and Rank Xerox International in London, as marketing
director of the desktop laser printing group. Upon his return to France,
he took on a position as sales director for Microsoft France, later he
started working for Evolution (IBM subsidiary) which he followed up by
integrating Lotus where he helped to launch Lotus Notes. He became the
General Manager for southern Europe of Frame technology/Adobe, then General
Manager of two IBM subsidiaries (BI/distribution). Turning to the field
of content security and network exchanges, he became VP & Managing Director
Europe at Solsoft and more recently MD France of Baltimore. In 2004,
he created Interlink Partners, a management and consulting agency.
Philippe is a graduate of EM Lyon Business
School.
